1. Players are required to write a minimum of two posts per week. Posts are to have some length, and are not to be a few sentences or a paragraph. We feel taking some extra time to write a longer post, leads to be writing and better storytelling. Posts can be solo or joint. Write in third person, past tense.

2. At the beginning of each post, show your character location. It doesn't need to be anything elaborate. Example: [Lt. Smith, Starfire, Sickbay]

3. Using colored text for dialog is optional. We don't use posting symbols.

4. Characters should be from Federation races. Non-Federation and original races are permitted, with GM approval. The backstory needs to make sense and should be original.

5. No powerful beings, like Q or Dowd. No telepathy, telekinesis, or other psychic abilities. No androids, ex-Borg, Jem'Hadar, Vorta, or races from the delta quadrant.

6. Starfleet characters will wear Starfleet uniforms, and use Starfleet weapons and equipment. No daggers or bows and arrows. Yes, we've seen characters doing that.
